Cancellation & Refund Policy

BIZ LINK NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order is already processed for shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
- Cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables are not accepted. However, if the product quality is unsatisfactory, a refund or replacement may be possible upon verification.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our Customer Service team within the same day. Once verified, we will determine the next steps for resolution.
- If the received product does not match its description or your expectations, notify our customer service within the same day of receiving it. Our team will review and take an appropriate decision.
- For products with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.
